Editorial Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

Longevity Youth covers healthspan, longevity science, healthy aging, and emerging biomedical tools. Our standard is simple: be useful, cite carefully, and never make a claim stronger than the evidence allows.

Evidence standards

We prioritize systematic reviews, clinical guidelines, randomized trials, registered clinical trials, primary research, and reputable public-health or academic sources. Early-stage animal, cell, and mechanistic research may be covered, but it should be labeled clearly as early evidence.

How we handle uncertainty

  • We distinguish human evidence from animal, cell, and mechanistic evidence.
  • We distinguish clinical use from experimental or speculative use.
  • We explain risks and limitations, not only possible benefits.
  • We update articles when important evidence changes.
  • We correct mistakes when we find them.

Medical content

Articles may discuss drugs, supplements, procedures, tests, diseases, and medical research. This content is educational only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Commercial independence

Future affiliate links, sponsorships, or advertising must be disclosed. Commercial relationships should not determine our conclusions, source selection, or article recommendations.

Trust and safety

Longevity Youth covers health and emerging science cautiously. These pages explain how we handle evidence, medical uncertainty, and commercial relationships.
